Shipping Policy
We will ship any item that you purchase on our website to any location within the United States of America free of charge to you. However, if you decide to return the item, the amount that we paid to ship it to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Policy
We accept returns of any unworn, non-special order item in its original condition, with tag still attached, if you please (i) contact us first at Laura@LauraKJewelryDesign.com within 14 days following your receipt of the item so that we can provide return instructions, and (ii) then return the item to us, at your cost including insurance covering the price of the item, with its included accessories, packaging and original receipt within 21 days following your receipt of the item. Once we receive the item as described, we will, as you request, exchange it or offer a refund (reduced by our cost of shipping the item to you) based upon your original payment method.
